We’re seeking a CRM Manager to help us grow customer loyalty and lifetime value by managing the execution of our customer relationship strategy.
Job Overview:
As the CRM Manager at Allies of Skin, you will be responsible for strengthening the relationship between the brand and our customers through multi-channel interactions. You will execute the CRM strategy to maximize customer reach while increasing customer engagement and customer lifetime value (CLV). You will drive customer retention across email, SMS, loyalty, and other customer touchpoints. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of retention marketing and CRM tactics, and experience building long-term relationships with customers, preferably for a skincare or beauty brand.
