We’re seeking an eCommerce Manager to help us grow customer loyalty and lifetime value by managing the execution of our customer relationship strategy.
 
 Job Overview
 The eCommerce Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, campaign execution, and performance of our eCommerce platform. This role will focus on optimizing the customer experience, increasing conversion rates, driving revenue, and managing digital merchandising efforts while supporting strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in eCommerce best practices, digital marketing, and website management, preferably for a skincare or beauty brand. Additionally, this role will help support Amazon and content strategies for the platform to ensure optimal sales performance.

You'll Do
  • Partner with the E-Commerce Director to consistently improve our eCommerce capabilities to deliver the best-in-class B2C strategy that drives online sales and improves conversion rates.
  • Oversee daily digital merchandising activities while aiming to always optimize for enhanced user experience, increases conversions, and improvement of site speed and functionality.
  • Support the optimization of product listings, content strategy, and performance tracking on Amazon. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver short and long-term tactics that elevate the end-to-end customer experience across all E-Commerce stores.
  • Support Director of eCommerce with UX/UI and web development strategies, implementing innovative designs, features, and optimizations to continuously improve user experience, engagement, and conversion rates in alignment with the B2C roadmap.
  • Take full ownership of the monthly campaigns that drive B2C sales, while ensuring content meets brand standards.
  • Collaborate with content and SEO teams to improve organic traffic, optimize on-page SEO, and execute content-driven commerce strategies.
  • Support the growth and evolution of the subscription and loyalty programs.
  • Create reports, dashboards, and analyses that measure performance and surface opportunities. Present observations and learnings of eCommerce campaigns and A/B test results to key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and the broader eCommerce team to inform campaigns and content that maximizes engagement and sales from customers and consumers.
  • Partner with CRM teams to optimize email and SMS campaigns for retention and revenue growth.
  • Adopt a test-and-learn approach to new digital marketing initiatives.
  • Manage the work of external agencies for eCommerce projects.
You are
  • 5+ years of experience in eCommerce management preferably within the beauty, skincare, or wellness industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Proficiency in Shopify (or similar platforms), Google Analytics, Klaviyo (or other CRM/email marketing platforms), and heat mapping tools.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce best practices, UX/UI principles, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Experience managing Amazon and working within Seller Central is a plus.
  • Experience with A/B testing, CRO, and website optimization strategies.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and make actionable recommendations.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices, paid media strategies, and email/SMS marketing.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous B2C experience required.
  • Driven, self-motivated, curious, and excited to develop and grow the B2C business.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong relationship management and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously, while proactively achieving goals and completing tasks on time.
  • Experience in the skincare/beauty industry is ideal.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Curiosity about what's next and a drive to make improvements and do better.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English.
