Job Overview:
Allies of Skin is seeking an Associate CRM & Loyalty Manager to help execute and optimize our customer experience across email, SMS, loyalty, and service touchpoints. In this role, you’ll support day-to-day CRM and loyalty operations—including briefing and building campaigns, managing segments, tracking performance, and implementing improvements defined with the Senior CRM Manager.
You’ll use customer data, reporting, and feedback to help refine journeys, improve personalization, and strengthen retention. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, hands-on, and excited to bring customer-first initiatives to life.
You’ll work closely with marketing, product, creative, insights, and customer experience teams to bring a 360° customer-first strategy to life.
